The morning is healthy

maintaining health is an important thing to do. healthy lifestyle can be done at any time, as long as the right way. morning day is a good time to do healthy activities. To do healthy habits in the morning the body feels fresh. for example, we got up early today to breathe fresh air and drink a glass of water or can be added with mild exercise. this can make the mind becomes positive.

often a lot of people feel tired when they wake up in the morning and a lazy getting out of bed. then usually don’t have the spirit of the activity. In the morning day is the best time for the maintenance of our bodies to stay healthy. because in the morning fresh oxygen released by plants that are useful for the respiratory system and the body.

the morning was also nice to to imagine. imagination can generate new ideas and new innovation. imagination it is important to increase the spirit and motivation to reach our desires. therefore imagination is very important for our activities

Healthy activity that can be done in the morning

  • Wake up earlier
waking up early is the key to remodel routine in the morning. waking up early can make the body feel fresh throughout the day. if difficult to get up early, then you should be able to try to sleep early.

  • Drinking water
when sleep our body loses a lot of fluid which causes dehydration. drinking water can help restore body fluids hilang.selain that drinking water is also beneficial to remove toxins and impurities in the body. drinking water is also great for kidney health.

  • Breakfast
Breakfast is a routine that should be prioritized, don’t forget to breakfast because the body needs proper nutrition for long day.
Best breakfast is to eat the fruit. Combine fresh fruit as your breakfast and eat it repetitive. Fruits contain many nutrients that can meet the needs of the body and of course doesn’t burden the digestive function.

  • Bananas
This fruit is highly recommended as a breakfast menu because the texture is soft and it has sweet taste. bananas contain carbohydrates that can make the stomach becomes full, and adding energy to the body. the potassium in bananas will also help lower blood pressure.

  • Egg
Eggs its high source of animal protein. Eggs as breakfast can be fried or boiled and you can eat with vegetables as a supplement.

  • A cup of tea
besides fresh water, tea is also good consumed to increase the freshness of the body. tea contains high antioxidant and very important to boost the immune system.

Tips

to stay healthy, do a simple way above and often to increase knowledge about health. do not forget to think positive because the mind is the source of strength. other than that there are bad habits like too much sitting too long, as i wrote in 5 effect if you have too much sceen time
