Many ways to prevent ulcer disease, but the main thing is eating regularly. because if you do not eat regularly will make the work of the stomach becomes irregular. it will lead to stomach disorder.
Stomach disorder is generally a disease that is no stranger in the world, because most humans have ulcer disease. if we've been exposed stomach disorder,usually feel sore in the abdomen and nausea and poor appetite.

The following is the easiest way to prevent heartburn. and it is hoped this way can be used as a good habit



1. Pay attention to your food


  • Eat regularly
Eat regularly to avoid stomach disorder. Get used to eating before hunger or before feeling pain in the abdomen. make eating as the most important activities in your life. if not eating regularly then you will feel regret.

  •    Avoid the food cause of ulcer
Reduce food that can hurt the stomach such as coffee, vinegar, spicy foods, or some foods that can make the stomach produce excess stomach acid

  •   Chew food until smooth
Chew your food approximately up to 30 times chew for softer food as it enters the stomach. So the stomach works not too hard. If the food that goes into the stomach is still hard, then the stomach will work harder to smooth it.

  •     Eat good foods for digestion
Vegetables and nuts good for digestion, for example soy beans that have been processed into soy milk can overcome digestive problems such as ulcer, digestive inflammation, bloating and others. Fruit such as banana, melons and papaya are also good for preventing and treating ulcer disease or stomach disorder.


2. Avoid stress

Stress can cause a recurrence of ulcer disease. Therefore try to always think positive and do positive activities such as exercising to keep stress away from your mind


3. Avoid cigarettes

Smoking is a source of disease, in which there are thousands of different toxins that are harmful to the body. Stomach acid can increase if we consume too much cigarette.
