we can control these emotions in different ways. in general we can control their emotions with three important keys below.


1.    remember health

One way to control emotions is considering health. if we use our emotions excessively will certainly have an impact on our health. for example, if we are more angry, it will cause an increase in blood pressure and can lead to hypertension and even stroke. Another example if we are sad continuously will cause the body to not get excited in the running activity and will affect our career.


2.    remember the future
