Therefore playing football and loving football is okay, but remember with other activities.


3.    Danger to health if sleeping too late


Television football shows usually start at midnight, so we usually stay up late to watch the football game. This makes us to sleep too late, if we too often sleep too late it will be bad for health. as a normal human, emotions must belong to everyone. all the feelings that possessed by every human including sad, angry, happy, depressed given god to his servants because it have the benefits to life. all these feelings should be used sparingly and not excessive. therefore we need to control emotions in order to get peace of life.

we can control these emotions in different ways. in general we can control their emotions with three important keys below.


1.    remember health

One way to control emotions is considering health. if we use our emotions excessively will certainly have an impact on our health. for example, if we are more angry, it will cause an increase in blood pressure and can lead to hypertension and even stroke. Another example if we are sad continuously will cause the body to not get excited in the running activity and will affect our career.


2.    remember the future

remember the future, we can better control our emotions. because of the emotions that we use will result in further consequences. due in the near future or result in a long time. for example if we are angry with boss in the office then maybe we removed from office for being bad to the boss. or other examples if we do not care for others and the environment such as not disposing of waste in the trash will cause roads to become dirty, if the waste is dumped into the river would obstruct the flow of the river and will make flood. so care is an example of good emotional control.


3. remember death

This is the most important key in the activities of life, including in terms of controlling emotions. man does not live in this world forever, there are times when we will die and of course we can not use our emotions if our bodies are not able to move anymore and our thoughts are no longer active. therefore, remember the death sometimes useful so we are not too arrogant with power that we have in the world. because they will not be useful after we die. so live in peace and give benefits to other people, because the people that are useful to other people will be remembered.
